The Site is an informational and marketing website for MCWC's building envelope consulting practice. It is not a client portal and does not provide engineering services directly.

Nothing on this Site — including project case studies, blog content, FAQs, or messages sent through the contact form — creates a consulting engagement, professional opinion, or contract between you and MCWC. Engagements require a separately signed written agreement that sets out scope, fees, and deliverables.

When you submit the contact form we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, store the submission in our internal CRM, and send a notification email to our team. By subscribing to our newsletter you consent to receive periodic emails from MCWC, delivered through our email service provider (Brevo). Every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or mass-download the Site outside of normal browser use;

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
